If you've ever heard the expression "Seeing Red" you may have understood what it meant, but did you ever wonder where it originated? After blue, red is the most poplar color in the world. Red is the color of blood, passion, tomatoes and rubies. This course will take you through the history of red, give you a better understanding of the symbolism and psychology associated with red and finally illustrate how red shines in home interiors.

Winter Event Scavenger Hunt

Unity as a design component is creating elements that support each other and all work together toward a common goal. In lieu of our normal raffle, this year we have created an exciting scavenger hunt that connects you with the best showrooms in High Point. Join the hunt while learning some of the highlights each showroom has to offer and discover hidden give-away items within each of the participating showrooms. Our goal during this Unity For Design event is to join you with the City of Showrooms while we support each other and work together to give you some of the most innovative designs as well as extensive product knowledge.

When the hunt is over, join us at 3:30 on Thursday in 200 Steele where they will host

Eat, Drink and Be Mine

Here you will have the chance to walk away with one of the hidden items you discovered in the showrooms while enjoying delicious hors d'oeuvres and great company!
